Hi there, I have cleaned my BMW 4 Series steering wheel with various products but it still feels sticky, will your products remove this? thanks

COLOURLOCK UK replied on 2021-04-20 13:59:58 :

Hi, In order to get out the sticky feeling, we would recommend using our Strong Leather cleaner with a brush. Wait until it dries, then degrease it with Leather Cleaning Spirit. At the end apply Leather Shield, and wait until it is completely dry. Best Regards.

Hi there. I have a new TTS Roadster with black Nappa premium leather which has a beautiful matt finish which I'd very like to maintain since I don't like the shiny types of leather. Is this product a good fit and keeps the leather in a matt finish? If you want, I can send you some pictures. Many thanks, Dennis

Hello Dennis,Thank you for your enquiry. The Mild Leather Cleaner is perfect for automotive leather and it will not change the mat finish. You can also use the Leather Protector which helps to maintain the leather soft and supple. If you need further advice, please send us an email with a couple of good quality pictures to info@colourlock.comBest Regards,Ana

No, our Mild Leather Cleaner is only suitable to clean pigmented leather. Can you please email us some photos of the stains to info@colourlock.com, so we can better recommend suitable products to remove the marks? Best regards.

I unfortunately damaged my new pair of ostrich leather boots with some type of grease from cooking. Which of your products would you recommend to attempt to clean the stain?
