Love the product and applied to alcantara on a Porsche Panamera. Had some over spray get on the leather sides of the seats leaving what looks like water spots. Now that it has dried, how should I remove it from the leather?

COLOURLOCK UK replied on 2021-03-08 15:02:35 :

You can remove the product using a leather Cleaning Brush, and our Mild Leather Cleaner. Apply the foam on the brush, and clean the leather with a circular motion, then wipe off the residue with a clean cloth. Best regards.

Hello! I applied your waterproof spray Alcantara Kit to my new Alcantara steering wheel. It became sticky. I cleaned it again to remove the stickiness. But it remained within the stitches. So every time my fingers touch this area of the steering wheel, they become greasy, sticky, etc. And no cleaner removes this. Have you had this issue with your product before and would you advise anything? Many thanks!

COLOURLOCK UK replied on 2021-03-01 11:34:13 :

Can you please email us some more details of the issue you're having with the product to info@colourlock.com? Have you applied the product recently? How much of the product did you apply? What process did you follow exactly? Can you send a couple of good quality photos? Best regards.

We just bought a new top grain aniline sectional in caramel leather. We have noticed it scratches very easily and soaked up a spot of juice that was dripped onto it. What do I need to do to protect it from these kinds of blemishes?
